Afterglow is a wellness tracking, journaling, and educational platform designed to support intentional microdosing practices. The service offers:

ACT-informed psychoeducation modules
Customisable routines and protocol tracking
Interactive journaling with AI-powered reflection
Community features for shared learning
Personal progress tracking

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access code and account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Afterglow is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All information provided through the app is for educational and self-reflection purposes only. You should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your health routines. We do not sell or provide any substances.

6. Payment and Access

Afterglow is available for a one-time payment of €10. This grants you full access to the app and its features. There are no recurring charges or hidden fees. Access codes are for individual use only and may not be shared or resold.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Afterglow app — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Deliqs and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Deliqs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

Deliqs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
